1 Purpose and content of the accuracy test of metal spinning machine
The processing accuracy of metal spinning machine is an important index to measure the performance of the equipment. With the development of production in the relevant industrial sectors, the requirements for the processing accuracy of metal spinning machines are increasing, and the requirements for equipment accuracy are gradually increasing.
The machining accuracy of metal spinning machine is represented by the shape, size, form and position tolerance and surface roughness of the workpiece. 2 Accuracy Inspection of Metal Spinning Machine
The accuracy inspection of metal spinning machine includes the geometric accuracy, movement accuracy, positioning accuracy, transmission accuracy and work accuracy inspection.
1) According to the geometric accuracy specified in the accuracy standard of metal spinning machine, it must be carried out before and after the load test. The geometric accuracy items of the temperature-related heating spinning machine should be inspected when the stable temperature is reached. However, in order to meet the needs of users, it is best to pass both cold and hot inspections.

5) Check the working accuracy of metal spinning machine after the load test. For the special spinning machine, the required procedures are completed on it, and the shape, size, accuracy and surface quality of the test spinning part are inspected. For general-purpose spinning machines, several typical spinning parts suitable for this type of machine should be specified for inspection of work accuracy. When working with hydraulic profiling systems, numerical control systems and other automatic control systems, the working accuracy of the automatic control system that determines the relative position or relative gap or relative motion trajectory of the rotary wheel and the core mold (workpiece) should be tested.
