How to Extend The Service Life of Spinning Machine
Each part of the spinning machine has its own normal operating temperature range. For example, the temperature of the cooling water is 80-90°C, and the hydraulic oil temperature of the hydraulic transmission system is 30-60 °C, below or beyond this range will accelerate the wear of parts, cause the deterioration of the lubricating oil, and cause material performance changes.

Experiments have shown that the main transmission gears and bearings of various spinning machines operate in -5 lubricating oil, and the wear is 10-12 times greater than that of 3 lubricating oil. But when the temperature is too high, it will accelerate the deterioration of the lubricating oil. For example, when the oil temperature exceeds 55-60, the oxidation rate of the oil will double for every 5 increase in oil temperature. Therefore, the machine must prevent low-temperature overload operation during use, ensure normal operation during the low-speed preheating stage, and ensure that the machine can only operate after reaching the specified temperature.
Secondly, it is necessary to prevent the machine from operating at high temperatures. During the operation of the spinning machine, the values on various thermometers should be checked frequently. If any problems are found, the machine should be immediately stopped for inspection, and faults should be promptly eliminated. During normal operation, pay attention to checking the operation of the cooling system. For water-cooled machinery, it is necessary to check and replenish cooling water before daily work; For air-cooled machinery, it is also necessary to regularly clean the dust on the air-cooled system to ensure that the heat dissipation duct is unobstructed.
Impurities in spinning machine generally refer to non-metallic substances such as dust, soil, and some metal chips and wear products generated during the use of construction machinery. Once these impurities enter the machine and reach between the mating surfaces of the machine, the harm is significant. Not only will it hinder relative motion and accelerate the wear of parts, but it will also scratch the mating surface, damage the lubricating oil film, increase the temperature of parts, and deteriorate the lubricating oil.
