CNC metal spinning is an advanced technology that combines processes of forming, extrusion, stretching, bending, trimming,circular binding and edge rolling, with little or no cutting. It fixes a metal tube billet, a flat blank or a precast billet with the tailstock on the spinning core mold. The spindle rotates with the mandrel and the billet, and at the same time the spinning roller presses the material on the rotating core mold from one side of the blank, so that the material produces partial plastic deformation in connective points.
The partial plastic deformation is gradually extended to the whole surface of the billet, and the hollow rotating parts in various shapes are obtained by the joint action of the feeding motion of the rotary wheel and the rotating movement of the blank.
