Instructions for Users after Long Machine Shutdown

For the convenience of users, Prosper CNC Spinning CO., LTD has opened remote fault diagnosis and 24-hour service hotline (+86 0752-2161105) to assist users in troubleshooting. The following are instructions for users after a long machine shutdown.
AExternal inspection before the machine is powered on
1. Check the appearance of each part of the machine. There is no damage to the power supply box, power lines, gas pipes, oil pipes, especially in the electric cabinet.
2. Machine power. Please check that the power supply voltage is three-phase AC380V, 50HZ before starting.
3. Machine air source. Turn on the outdoor air compressor. Turn on for 1 hour to confirm that the pressure is stable and the output pressure is at least 0.4-0.6 MPa. Discharge the gas in the air compressor and confirm that there is no dryness or moisture in the output. Check for normal air supply.
BInspection of the machine parts before the machine is powered on:
1. Lubrication system: Check whether the automatic lubrication unit (lubrication pump or grease lubrication), oil cooler oil, and oil supply is normal.
2. Hydraulic system: Check whether the hydraulic oil and hydraulic level are normal, and whether the hydraulic valves and meters are normal.
3. Tool change: Whether the tool change is normal.
4. The drive shafts of each axis of the machine cannot be started directly and run at high speed. Manually move each axis back to the zero point of the machine and observe the operation and load of each axis.
5. Spindle: It cannot be rotated at high speed at the beginning. Run at low speed for 5 minutes first.
6. Tailstock operation, manually refuel before running.
CPrecautions after the machine is powered on
1. It is recommended that the machine dry run for 1 to 2 hours.
2. When the machine resumes production, the first part inspection is required.
3. Observe each load situation during machine production.
