More and more military components use refractory materials such as titanium alloys and superalloys. Some of these components have complex shapes, such as hyperbola, parabola and biconical parts, and require high wall thickness tolerance, diameter tolerance, roundness and straightness. For these parts, the main technology at present is mechanical forming after forging. The utilization rate of some materials can only reach 3%, a large number of valuable materials become iron chips, and destroy the flow of the fibers of the metal itself. By using the strong spinning technology, the grain size of the parts can be refined, the strength and fatigue resistance can be improved, so that the wall thickness of the components can be reduced, and the reliability of the parts can be greatly improved.
