Prosper Keeps Business and On-Site Work Running
Due to impact of the Covid-19（corona virus）, Prosper extended one week off after the Chinese new year festival holiday from February 3rd for telecommuting.
Prosper officially returned to normal work on February 10th for on-site normal production and office work and aftersales work. Due to sufficient material preparation in 2019, signed machines contract in 2019 and newly signed machines contract in 2020 will not be affected by the epidemic. We will complete the delivery time for customer on time.
With the stabilization of the epidemic in China, relevant machine parts and material supplies have returned to normal. Prosper has resumed normal customer visit work in March 5th.
In March, Prosper totally send out 100,000.00 pieces masks for supporting old customers and new mates to cope with the tight supply and demand of foreign masks in special periods
Started from February 12th to April 20th, 2020, we have delivered and exported 10 machines to foreign customers. Prosper completed customer training and instruction through active and effective online teaching and guidance to keep customers safe solving the visit problem of limited customer visa during this special period.
During the epidemic period, Prosper will keep our heart together with customer. We'll try our best to support customer in life and job to defeat the virus and encourage customers to actively follow the local government's anti-epidemic measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19，hope people can overcome the epidemic and get back to normal as soon as possible.
