Control System of CNC Metal Spinning Machine
1.Overview
The numerical control of metal spinning machines began in the late 1960s. The full name of CNC metal spinning machine is digital program control metal spinning machine. 2. The advantages and disadvantages of CNC metal spinning machine

The disadvantages are that the equipment structure is complex and the cost is high; it is easy to fail when the component quality and assembly technology are not high; in the open-loop system, the stepper motor, hydraulic torque amplifier and equipment clearance, wear and ball screw accuracy requirements are high; in closed-loop systems, there are higher requirements for the accuracy of the feedback detection element, the stability of the hydraulic mechanism, and the symmetry, and the system debugging is more difficult.
