(1) The heat generated by the internal friction of the hydraulic components can be easily taken away by the circulation of the oil. Therefore, the size of the pump, valve, oil motor and oil cylinder is small, and the allowable output force and power are large, which makes the entire transmission mechanism change. It is compact, which facilitates the overall layout of the spinning machine and facilitates the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic integration of the equipment.
(2) The hydraulic transmission element has the function of self-lubrication, no additional lubrication system and device are needed, and the wear is small and the life is long.
(3) The force (or torque) generated by the hydraulic actuator is proportional to the pressure difference of the fluid flowing through the actuator. Its ability to generate force (or torque) is only limited by the safety stress of the material. With the increased strength of the material, it can allow the hydraulic actuator to output a large force (or torque) when the volume is relatively small.
(4) Due to the small size, light weight and small inertia of the hydraulic actuator, the corresponding time constant is small, the response is fast, high-speed starting, braking and reverse are allowed; and the power amplification factor is large, which can make the system more High accuracy At present, in a system with a large output force, the hydraulic component is used for power amplification, and the electro-hydraulic control system using an oil cylinder or oil motor as an actuator can achieve a position positioning accuracy of 0.002 mm.
(5) Simple operation, easy to realize automation and overload protection. Especially in the electro-hydraulic joint application, the advantages of the two can be fully utilized, and it is easy to realize a complicated automatic working cycle.
(6) The work is stable, unlike the mechanical devices that cause vibration and impact due to processing and assembly errors, the oil itself also has the ability to absorb vibration, so it is easy to achieve frequent commutation. This is the reason why linear reciprocating motion in machine tools often uses hydraulic transmission.
(7) The stepless speed regulation can be conveniently realized in a relatively large speed regulation range (generally up to 10001 to 200), and the structure is simple.
(8) When the hydraulic system has no leakage, the system has good rigidity. The speed fluctuation caused by the load is small, and the open loop control system can meet the requirements in many occasions, simplifying the system. When closed-loop control is adopted, higher motion accuracy can be obtained.
(9) The open-loop or closed-loop control system with the help of pumps, valves, hydraulic actuators is very simple, and it is easy to realize computer numerical control.
