Prosper Loaded and Delivered A Set of High Performance Double Arms Metal Spinning Machine to Germany
At May 12th 2021, Prosper completed loading a set of high performance double arms metal spinning machine (PS-CNCSXY3000HD), which were delivered to Germany.
The PS-CNCSXY3000HD machine is a large-scale CNC spinning machine, which is specially developed to meet the needs of large-scale spinning products required by various industries, such as hardware machinery, electromechanical, construction, military, and aerospace. The max diameter of the spinning material is up to 3000mm. The minimum diameter is 100mm.
The machine has high production efficiency, can complete the batch production and trial production of barrel, cone, parabola, horn, warhead and other series products, and can complete trimming, flanging, curling, rolling and other processes. It adapts the spinning of aluminum (alloy), copper, stainless steel and low carbon steel. This machine is designed with a double tailstock mechanism, which can spin more complex products, and an internal and external extracting material mechanism is designed to ensure the smooth ejection of the product after spinning. Also comes with an oil cooler to control oil temperature in gearbox.
Due to the effect of COVID-19, the inspection of machine was carried by online pictures and videos. When the machines reach customer’s factory, Prosper will help customer online to install and debug the machines until they start regular production.
In normal situation, Prosper can provide 10 days free training program (1-2 trainee) in Prosper’s factory. If customers need service providing in their factories, Prosper can arrange engineers for on-site service.
