Spinning Workpiece Wrinkle Solution

When spinning processing, some people may have some problems, one of the most common problems is the phenomenon of wrinkling when processing, which leads to the processing of products do not meet the requirements. How can we solve this problem?
  1. When spinning the slab, the feed speed of the roller and the feed speed of the drag plate should be slowed down. But it should be noted that the processing of thin spinning cylinder deformationif the feed speed of the roller is too slow, it is easy to wrinkle.

B. Increase the blank speed. As the roller feed speed is constant, the fast blank speed reduces the blank forming amount per revolution, thus reducing the bending deformation of the flange. This is the measure related to A.
C.  The reverse push roller is added on the reverse side of the roller, so that it and the roller together clamp the blank, thus slowing the bending deformation of each turn.
D.   Before spinning stainless steel, the outer edge of the blank can be rolled with the edge winding device to improve its crease resistance.

E.  Under the condition of a certain thickness of the material, in order to prevent wrinkling, the right R value of the roller should be used. Under the spinning, in order to prevent wrinkling, the contact between the roller and the material should form a spinning ring that moves along the surface of the material, and keep the spinning ring to the edge of the material, so that the material at the edge will be quite stable and wrinkle-free. Rollers with a small R value are more likely to form a spin ring, while rollers with a large R value are not easy to form a spin ring, which is easy to cause material wrinkle. However, if the choice of R Angle is too small, it will cause the tension of the spinning ring on the material is too large, which is easy to cause the material to become thin and crack, so the choice of R Angle is very important. Similarly, if the choice of R Angle is too large, the material will become thinner and less, and the product surface will be relatively smooth, but the material is easy to wrinkle and the product and the mold film is not good, which is easy to cause the defect of diameter expansion.

F. If possible, thicker slabs should generally be used. As the ease of wrinkling is inversely proportional to the square of the thickness of the plate.
