How to prevent mold deformation
In the field of metal processing engineering, spinning is a new technology of metal products forming without chips. Spinning forming technology has the advantages of good deformation conditions, good product performance, small size tolerance, high material utilization, wide range of products, etc. However, during the processing of the CNC spinning machine, there will be mold deformation, which many people do not know much about. In fact, as long as they master the deformation rules, such deformation can be prevented. How should we prevent the mold deformation?
1.The structure design of the CNC spinning machine die should be reasonable, the thickness should not be too different, and the shape should be symmetrical. For the CNC spinning machine mould with large deformation, the deformation rule should be mastered and the processing allowance should be reserved.
2. Reasonable selection of heating temperature and control of heating speed. Slow heating, preheating and other balanced heating methods can be adopted for precision and complex molds to reduce the deformation of heat treatment of molds.

3. On the premise of ensuring the hardness of the CNC spinning machine mold, precooling, fractional cooling quenching or temperature quenching process is adopted as far as possible. For some precise and complex molds, pre-heat treatment, aging heat treatment, tempering and nitriding heat treatment can be used to control the precision of the CNC spinning machine mold.
4. When repairing mold sand holes, pores, wear and other defects early, repair equipment with small thermal influence such as cold welder is selected to avoid deformation in the repair process.
