The Functions of Oil Cooler
The machine generates heat problems cannot be avoided in mechanical processing. The temperature rise caused by machine heating will lead to thermal deformation of the equipment, resulting in reduced machining accuracy of the spindle, unstable mechanical action, increased error, tool wear, poor machining surface quality, increased maintenance costs and other problems. Adding an oil cooler to the machine can eliminate thermal effects during machining, ensure machining accuracy, and improve product quality.
The main functions and characteristics of the oil cooler
1. Prevent the accuracy of working machinery from being affected by changes in oil temperature.
2. Prevent the oil quality due to high temperature deterioration, keep the oil viscosity unchanged, make the working machinery work stably.
3. The oil temperature control is based on the body temperature (room temperature), and the user can set the oil temperature according to the body temperature to prevent the mechanical structure from thermal deformation.
4.Immersed oil cooling temperature control device is not polluted by impurities, not disturbed by cutting metal powder, etc., simple to clean and easy to maintain; Easy to install, does not take up space.
5. With automatic fault alarm function, users can be reminded to repair the device in a specific way to avoid damage to the machine and parts.
Oil cooler maintenance
1. Open the oil cooler. The operator is required to open the oil cooler in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, and the oil cooler is opened when the equipment is started for each shift. 1
2. Check the oil cooler. The oil cooler is set with a certain cooling temperature value. When the operator usually operates the equipment, it is necessary to observe the display value of the oil temperature. When the oil temperature is higher than the set value for a long time, it is necessary to reflect the situation to the maintenance in time.
3. Clean the oil tank. When the oil cooler runs for about 2 weeks, the oil tank drain port should be opened to drain the oil to remove the water entering the bottom of the tank sink. The cooling coils of the LO-C unit should be cleaned regularly to prevent a reduction in cooling capacity. The cooling coil should be avoided when cleaning, and the bottom of the tank should be completely cleaned.
4. Clean the air filter. Clean the air filter every two weeks (at least once a week when the environment is bad). When cleaning, remove the filter and remove the dust with a vacuum cleaner or air spray gun. When the dirt is serious, the air filter should be cleaned with warm water and neutral detergent at a temperature of not more than 40 ° C. After cleaning, dry the water and then put it back in place.
5. Check regularly. According to the cleanliness of the oil, regularly check and clean the oil filter to prevent dirt blockage.

6. Clean the unit surface. When the surface of the unit is dirty, it should be scrubbed with a soft cloth with neutral detergent or high quality soapy water. Do not use petroleum, acid solvents, grinding powder, steel brush and sandpaper to prevent damage to the spray surface.
7. Check before reuse. After long-term placement and re-use or use for a long period of time, check whether the heat exchanger of the oil cooler is blocked by dust and dirt. If necessary, the surface should be cleaned with dry compressed air, a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush. Be careful not to damage the fins of the heat exchanger when doing this.
