How Metal Spinning Works?
Spinning technology has similar principles to the drawing method in ceramics, except the material being fabricated is changed from clay to metal. So how does hard metal soften and flow? Let's take a look at the spinning process steps:

Step 1: Fix the cut circular metal plate on the machine mandrel.
Step 2: The mandrel drives the circular metal plate to rotate at high speed, and the rolling wheel or tool starts to press the metal surface until the metal plate completely fits the inner surface of the mandrel.
Step 3: After the forming is completed, trim the end of the part then remove it.
