Testing Process of Spinning Product
1.Before technically testing product, users should understand the specific requirements of the product, such as size, roughness, product material, processing time and other processes, etc. Preliminarily judge the machine type, technical solution and tool selections.
2.After selecting the machine, the equipment should be inspected in detail. Hydraulic station: Hydraulic oil(46#)and hydraulic gauge (20-40KG/CM
2); Hydraulic motor fan steering(Follow the direction of motor arrow); Spindle box lubricating oil (40#) supply is smooth; Guide rail oil (68#); Lubricating oil path; Air pressure(0.6MPA)and pressure gauge;Machine levelness; Spindle forward and reverse rotation code;Spindle RPM; Turret turns smoothly;Tailstock waggles(less than 0.03MM);Tailstock moves forward and backward;Feeder, Tray, Blowing smoothly;Limit switch and zero point returning switch work.
3.Flange or mold. Match spindle taper first(fit and scrape),then install locating pin to the spindle and then install flange. Turning located block, dimensional tolerance should conform to drawing requirements. The located block of standard screw is φ53
0/-0.02mm. The located block of flange is φ206
0/-0.02mm.
4.Process according to drawing requirements of mold, chuck, tailstock. If users have questions about the drawing, solve questions clearly then process. Process mold should follow the relevant processing technology and procedure, like the general mold for the first residual rough processing, and then heat treatment, at last semi-finish machining or finish machining.
5.When installing mold, choose the correct screw length L=DX1.5;After installation, the mold should be tested for waggle, and the allowable waggle range is within 0.03mm.When it is done, seal the lifting hole.
6.Roller installation. Before installing, eliminate the burr in the middle groove of roller. After installing the space ring, when installing the bearing cover, it is required to stick to the space ring surface;When the installation is done, test the arc Radius and the overall quality of the roller bearing and the roller holder, such as roller waggle (within 0.02MM), whether the rotation of roller is smooth and the surface quality of roller.
7.Drawing tool path. Base on different contours and gaps of products. At first, take shaping as the basic goal, and then finally take the most stable and shortest time as the ultimate goal.
8.Programming. Every program must be treated with care: Only it pass computer simulation, machine simulation and machine empty running can it be tested.
9.Put program into machine, input tool zero point, tool arc size(R) and azimuth(T) before simulation. The program must be run by simulation, which confirms that there are no path and code exceptions before empty running. Before empty running, the tail-seat should be moved to a reasonable position and adjust the position of roller and the gap between roller and mold to a reasonable value. When empty running, pay attention to the interference of roller, mold, holder, tailstock and safety door.
10.When empty running meets the expectation, the blank can be loaded and tested. When testing, watch carefully, record the operation of spinning machine and the deformation of blank sheet. If find anything abnormal should immediately stop spinning as well as the program.
11.Thoroughly analyze the test sample after the testing. If not achieve the expected result, analyze the reason without blindly tried. If test success, optimize program. At the present stage, the standard material proportion is:individual (60%),the rest is distributed by group discussion.
12.After testing, confirm product quality. After the qualified,record related information(sheet size, thickness, program name, gap and attentions)and technical parameter, archive information.
13.Clean up the site and machine.
