THE IDLE RUNNING OF SPINNING MACHINE
In the idle running test of the spinning machine, the following inspections should be performed:
1) Check whether all the spindle speed, the roller feed ratio (or feed speed) and the fast return speed meet the calibration values, and whether the deviation exceeds the allowable range.
2) The main kinematic mechanism of the spinning machine should be operated from the lowest speed to the highest speed in order to check the temperature rise, the stability and correctness of the working mechanism. At the maximum speed, it should run for a sufficient time (not less than 1 hour) to allow the spindle bearing to reach a stable temperature. At this time, the temperature and temperature rise of the spindle bearing must not exceed the allowable values. Since the spindle bearings of the spinning machine are rolling bearings, the temperature must not exceed 70 ° C and the temperature rise must not exceed 40 ° C at the highest speed. Because the bearings are pre-tensioned (with interference) during assembly, the temperature will rise after interference. Increasing it will cause the bearing to further generate heat and even damage it.
The so-called stable temperature refers to the temperature increase of the spinning machine after a certain period of time does not exceed 5 per hour.
The feed mechanism of the spinning machine should be tested for idle running at low, medium and high feed ratios. Rapid motion mechanism should be tested for rapid movement
Test the stability and reliability of the working mechanism of the spinning machine at all the above speeds
3) Check the flexibility and reliability of the start, braking, stop, and automatic movements of the spindle motion and the rotary roller feed motion; the reliability and correctness of the variable speed conversion action; Reliability of indexing, positioning and automatic cycle action; reliability of clamping device, positioning mechanism, reading indicating device and other auxiliary devices. Check whether all control mechanisms are convenient to operate and whether the control system works reliably.
The operating force when turning the hand wheel and handle is not more than 160N for frequently used spinning machines, and not more than 200N for infrequent use.
4) Check the electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, cooling systems and automatic measuring devices of the spinning machine.
5) After the spinning machine has reached a stable temperature, check the no-load power of the spindle at all speeds.
6) Check the noise of the spinning machine at various speeds (especially at high speeds).
7) Check the reliability of safety protection devices and safety devices.
