Spinning Machine Structure
Generally speaking, the structure and type of the spinning machine is determined by factors such as its applicability (specificity or versatility), the shape and size of the spinning part, productivity and the workplace. The structure of the spinning machine has the following situations:
-
According to the spatial position of the spindle, it can be divided into horizontal and vertical. Generally, heavy-duty spinning machines are mainly vertical, medium-sized spinning machines are mainly horizontal, while light-duty spinning machines have both. From the analysis of its structure and working conditions, these two forms of equipment have their advantages and disadvantages.
-
Vertical structure.
A.It has the following advantages:
① The height of the equipment is large, and the openness is good, which is convenient for the loading and unloading and operation of the mold and the workpiece.
② It is easy to increase the number of rollers to more than two.
③ The spindle, core mold and workpiece have no deflection on the spindle, thereby increasing the rigidity of the spindle.
④ The small footprint of the equipment is conducive to its installation on the production line.
B. Its disadvantages include:
① In the case of the same structure size, the rigidity of the guide rail of the rotary frame is lower than that of the horizontal type, so it must be made heavier.
② The high equipment height will inevitably affect the height of the installation workshop. The foundation is complex and requires deep pits, so the cost is high.
③ Not as safe as horizontal when operating
